Please understand we do NOT offer returns on items. Only items that have arrived damaged will be replaced after return and inspection of item. Damage returns must be in all original packaging with photo attached of damaged item and copy of sales receipt sent to customer service by end of day in which it was received. Damage returns must be approved by Ten-thirtyone.com before replacement is shipped. 

Ten-thirtyone.com reserves the right to denie a replacement if all qualifications are not met.

Damaged items will be replaced after approval; no refunds will be granted.
